My name is Hannah Healy and I have been enamored with cooking, baking and food in general since I was a little girl! Ever since I started to take an interest in healthy cooking and vegetarianism in high school I’ve been cooking with whole, unprocessed and traditional ingredients in my recipes. I live in  San Francisco, a diverse culinary gem with access to foods from all over the world as well as a great network of seasonal farmer’s markets, CSAs and local farms. I’ve been inspired by Sally Fallon’s Nourishing Traditions, the Weston A. Price Foundation and all the other amazing real food bloggers out there!  My recipes are always vegetarian, but sometimes gluten free, organic, processed sugar free, gaps legal and vegan.
